Changes and returns

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, the customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract stipulated with Romeogigli.it, without any penalty and without stating the reasons. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer or a third party, other than the courier and the designated customer, acquires physical possession of the products.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, all payments made to Romeogigli.it will be refunded to the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by Romeogigli.it), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which Romeogigli.it receives the returned goods or the customer has unequivocally demonstrated that he has returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.

Within this period, the Customer must communicate to ECCENTRIC SRL the intention to withdraw from the contract with one of the following methods:
- by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or any other explicit communication of the decision to withdraw, to the following address/number:

ECCENTRIC SRL, with headquarters in Milan in Via L.Vitali,1, Italy

- By writing to the following email address: customer@Romeogigli.it within 3 (three) working days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, Romeogigli.it will send to the Customer, to the email address indicated in the order or in the withdrawal request, a communication of acceptance of the return.

Within 14 days, the Customer will, at his own expense, ship the carefully packaged product to the following address:

ECCENTRIC SRL, c/o in Milan in Via L.Vitali,1, Italy.

Returned products must be sent to Romeogigli.it without undue delay and in any case within 14 (days) from the date on which the customer communicated to Romeogigli.it his intention to withdraw. The date of postal dispatch or delivery to the courier will be valid. The return is free of charge.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
ECCENTRIC SRL will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Romeogigli.it may withhold the refund until it has received the product intact or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, depending on which situation occurs first. The customer will be solely responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

It is specified that:
1. It is absolutely forbidden to remove seals or labels;
2. The products must be shipped healthy, clean, intact and complete, including any accessories;
3. It is forbidden to use the products for "test" purposes before returning them.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products opened by the consumer, nor to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection that have been opened after delivery.

The following are excluded from the right of return:

- Products made to measure or personalized.

- Washed, used, dirty or damaged items.

In the event that the customer does not comply with the terms for the right of withdrawal and return indicated above, or the provisions of the previous points 1), 2), 3) and 4), Romeogigli.it will not be required to refund the purchase price of the products to the customer. In the event that the customer has returned such products, he/she may ask Romeogigli.it to send the same purchased items back to him/her, but with the return shipping costs entirely borne by the customer who has violated the rules on the right of withdrawal.

You can decide to make an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting us via email and indicating your order number and the reasons why you want to exchange it.
Only intact and sealed products can be exchanged. The exchange of items is subject to stock availability. Shipping costs for exchanges are free.
