Delivery

Shipping is free throughout the Italian national territory with a minimum order of € 300,01.

For orders under €300,00 the cost of shipping in Italy is €10.00

Orders are shipped by Eccentric Srl, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Shipments will be made by carriers defined by Eccentric Srl.

The delivery time, purely indicative, is approximately 2/3 working days from the date of the order, the same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays so they are made on the next working day.

When confirming your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as it is not possible to resend purchases to a new address once they have been shipped. Before we can ship your order, we may need to verify your credit card details with your card issuer. In this case, we will do our best to limit the delay in shipping.

Our delivery times start from the moment your order is accepted and include the 24-hour period during which your order is prepared and then shipped from our warehouse. Please note that this process may take longer, depending on the payment method chosen and during holidays (Christmas, Easter) when orders may take 72 hours to ship.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT PRESENT WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVAL?

If the courier in charge of delivering the goods to your home does not find anyone at home, he/she leaves a notice of failed delivery and attempts to redeliver the goods the following day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order is placed in storage at the local branch. It is possible to re-deliver the shipment by contacting that branch at the telephone number that you will find on the notice left by the courier. THE OPENING COSTS OF THE STORAGE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND MUST BE PAID TO THE COURIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

WILL THE COURIER CONTACT ME BEFORE DELIVERY?
As a rule, the courier does not make preventive phone calls and does not handle requests for delivery at particular times.
